Msstyleeditor, Windows 11's new file explorer, issue theming "home" and ribbon

The new Windows 11 file explorer available in beta and upwards have an issue using my custom theme where the ItemsView color aren't applied in "home" and also I'm not sure how to edit the background color if the ribbon using msstyleeditor.

Is there a way to edit my theme with msstyleeditor for the "home" to use my set ItemsView bg color? And the same for the ribbon.

I'm just surmising here, but up until now, when it comes to file explorer, MS has had it locked down tighter than a jug when it comes to user customization.
We've all bitched about not being able to adjust its color. I do not forsee MS giving us any more control over their new file explorer than we have had until now.
They're really particular about it.
