multiple bsod after being in the office acer repair center

I experice a lot of multiple bsod in the past few months and I dont know what to do anymore.

i used win 10 pro and switched to win 11 home but the problme is still the same.

i reset my pc multiple times with no changes at all.

my laptop acer an517-52 was 2 times in an official acer repair center with no success.

drivers should be all up to date as i know.

bsod happen randomly

this should be all english now

I have been through the crash dumps and can see no consistent pattern in the crashes. It may be related to memory speed, you have your memory running at its maximum clock speed of 3200MHz. I would be interested to see if your BSOD events reduce or are eliminated if you use a slower clock speed of 2933MHz which is recommended by Intel for the processor in your system. You can turn off the XMP memory speed boost in the BIOS settings. I am not sure what BIOS settings are available since they are not described in your product manual. You will need to look for something that relates to memory speed. Post some screen shots if you are unsure.

I agree, there is nothing there that you can change. I not sure what to suggest - do you know if ACER tried different RAM modules? That would be my next suggestion.

I do not know what they tried they told me the motherboard was defekt and they switch it. They told me this both times.

It is clear that they were working on it being a hardware problem. Is it now out of warranty? Would they consider trying new RAM with a lower clock speed?

It still has its warranty. I tried to send it back again to the repair center but they cannot identify my snid or SN so right now I cannot send it back and idk if I can send it back again I could ask that they try a lower ram speed.
