Looking at my Event Viewer I found many Watchdog errors 1001, LiveKernelEvent when I resume from Sleep/Hibernation on my laptop ASUS ROG G834JY (2023).
I can't remember them when I was with 23H2 'til Dec 2024 and started with 24H2.
They don't cause me BSODs or any serious problem and are just under the "Information" category in Event Viewer...

The gaming laptop is a bit peculiar since it also has BIOS undervolting (UV) capablities (I set it -60mV and never got problems), Advanced Optimus with G-Sync (i.e. two virtual monitors pointing to the same physical internal display to be able to switch iGPU <--> dGPU and dGPU only mode, without reboot after MUX switch) and finally a multiple purpose USB-C port (UcmUcsiCx) usable also as DisplayPort 1.4 and high speed ThunderBolt 4 port.

Here some examples:

1739180743714.webp
1739180765232.webp
1739181169743.webp

DMP files can't be found (??) in the given path when I look for them from Admin prompt or with WinDbg....

... but I suppose my system didn't win the lottery ("will roll out gradually"), if this is my same case.

when I resume from Sleep/Hibernation on my laptop
That is an application error. Since it is triggered by waking from sleep, which you can control by manually putting system to sleep, then manually waking it up, I would use clean boot and the process of elimination to narrow it down to which application is causing the error.

The error in that event is a livekernelevent, not a watchdog timeout as that article refers to.

... if you look at the DMP files created Windows saved them as \WATCHDOG\WATCHDOG.x.x.dmp though... Another DMP file refers to USB-C Thunderbolt port I mentioned (e.g. ...LiveKernelReports\UcmUcsiCx.sys\UcmUcsiCx.sys-20250110-1426.dmp) and one to NDIS (...\LiveKernelReports\NDIS\NDIS-20250205-0930.dmp , so the Intel WiFi)... but most of them are just WATCHDOG.x.x.dmp files.

I have no app crashes logged or BSODs anyway, all devices are ok in Device Manager, and no problem encountered with Thunderbolt port or when I connect external monitor via DP1.4 cable... can I ignore them safely in your opinion since they are Information level and no trace left of the DMP files left (auto-deleted???) ? Maybe some kind of 24H2 minor incompatibility with current HW/drivers or BIOS.

If you say your events are the same as MS has acknowledged, that update should address it. Since it's a preview update, it should become a release update and get autmatically applied on update Tuesday (tomorrow) If it doesn't, you can manually download the preview..
