Multiple WIFI Direct Virtual Adapters?

Any suggestion as to why these occur when using a USB WIFI adapter instead of the AX200, and any way to prevent them from doing so?
Have deleted them on past occasions, but they reappear.

I have to use a USB Wireless adapter on one Notebook and simply Disable the onboard version in Device Manager. Since the hardware still exists and is seen by Windows just deleting the drivers will cause Windows to reinstall them at the next bootup.

If not detrimental to WIFI performance I could well leave it alone, but irks that I often end up with #7 or #8 of them.
