Looks normal to me if your computer overheating or have high temperature all the components will also overheat make sure to clean your computer from dust and apply thermal paste to CPU.

I have the same Samsung 970 SSD as you and mine is usually around 40-45C - it's normal. Hardware monitor says warning threshold for temperature for this drive is 85C so you are well below that.

What I have to check to down the temperature ?
45° is quite normal.

45°C is absolutely fine. With higher speeds and higher power requirements comes a higher heat output. Completely normal.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

Looks like you have Hard Disk Sentinel. If so, you can adjust the thresholds to better reflect the expected range for your drive.

You are well within standard operating temperature ranges. Plus, the device will throttle to protect itself from truly overheating and damaging itself.

While I think in theory it's great to provide cooling and try to keep temps under control, I do think many go to extremes to get every little bit they can, and others fear their drives and systems will die a very premature death because of a few extra degrees. These systems are designed to run for their entire lifetime in these ranges.....you will be just fine.
