Windows 11
On Windows 11 24H2 on a Gmktec M7 Pro my Asustor AS6604T NAS has been running OK for a year or so but suddenly I can't access the ADM. My windows shares are visible and working, I can see the NAS on the network but if I try to login on a browser it directs to my Plex account. I tried a soft reset, that didn't work so I backed up my stuff and did a factory reset. Now I can access the NAS via a browser but not the ADM control panel. After the reset I was able to access the NAS with ADM and see windows shares but on a reboot I can access neither. The Windows network folder is empty. I've logged a ticket with Asustor, so far they just advise resetting but I'm thinking that as I can ping the NAS and access it in a browser it may be my network setup. Any ideas??

Using all Bold on forums is taken as shouting.

By the way, I never try to access my NAS from anything but a file manager, the way it is intended to be used.

Is it possible the ADM shortcut in your browser has the wrong IP? It should be something like this
Code:
"https://ip of AS6604T:PORT#/portal/"
Perhaps somehow the IP got changed.

Using bold was accidental, I'm definitely not shouting. I thought using upper case was shouting.

So I forgot to say that, as you can see in my first post, I can't use a file manager since I don't have access to the shares.

I think he is trying to access the admin settings for his NAS.

The browser shortcut gives me access to the NAS, it's the desktop shortcut that the ADM install uses that will not work. That isn't really a problem since I can access via the browser but I can't map any drives, nothing shows on the network when I try.
