Native Boot (VHDX) Un-mount SSD's

Is it possible to Un-mount all SSD's so i have only C:\ (VHDX) Partition and all other SSD's hidden/disabled? This affect my primary Windows 11 or not?

I want like it in VM, only C:\ Partition and other SSD's disabled so i don't have access to SSD's but not affect my primary Windows 11.
