Are there any other computers aside from Dell that includes a built-in network based OS recovery as part of UEFI firmware that can download the recovery image to RAM and then boot it to do a clean install of Windows without another computer or USB flash drive? Dell has BIOSConnect that has this feature but the best one is Embedded, there are three versions of BIOSConnect, Attached, Hybrid, and Embedded. BIOSConnect is used to reinstall the Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Partition after it has been wiped.

I'm not 100% sure if this is what you are referring to, but Lenovo has something similar. Feel free to read my explanation below.

Lenovo laptops such as the IdeaPad Flex 14ARE05 have a pushable button using a paperclip that is on the motherboard that has a restoration OS of the manufacturer's default. If you push the button on the device you can fresh install your OS to the OEM default without needing to request recovery media. The only problem with this is if you for example install Windows 11 through a flashed ISO onto a drive and you delete all the partitions including the recovery one the manufacturer default will no longer work unless you request a recovery media from Lenovo which is just an application that will install it onto a drive and then re-install the OEM default.
