Thanks @garlin as I always learn something from you. Since this thread is about @LesFerch's Right-Click tool, it was more of a question of how to do some things. I am a real novice when it comes to PowerShell.It only matters what context you're in when you run the command.
So, if you use the option "PowerShell Here as TrustedInstaller" and then enter aSet-ItemProperty
command to touch the date, that command will be running with TrustedInstaller access.
Similarly, if you double-click an exe, such as BulkFileChanger.exe, from within the Privileged file manager window, that exe will be running with the same access.
