February 20 2025The following update is available for Surface Pro for Business (11th Edition) running Windows 11, Version 24H2 or greater.
Improvements and fixes:
- Reliability:
- Enhances the stability of the device, reducing the occurrence of blue screen during instances including reboot and shutdown requests.
- Improves device responsiveness during updates, eliminating the need for a long power press to restart and reducing occurrence of a black screen.
- Fixes an issue that caused the boot operation to take longer than expected.
- Performance and usability:
- Resolves the issue that caused authentication failures while using Windows Hello.
- Enhances the camera image quality to address negative impressions and resolve minor image issues.
- Addresses audio issues that caused consistent ticking or popping sounds during Teams or Zoom calls, ensuring a clearer and more reliable communication experience.
- Enhances the inking experience by addressing issues that caused frequent track loss and inconsistent pen width.
- Improves the touch functionality, providing a seamless overall experience.
