Hi, I uninstalled PowerToys with Windows uninstaller and found some program remnants that I deleted but these 2 packages are still present in C:\ProgramData\packages (see attached). When I run (elevated) Powershell Get-Package cmdlet it is unable to remove these 2 packages, it claims I need to install Nuget first. I also cannot take ownership as the Owner is "Unknown" in Properties Security Advanced. Is there a way to delete these 2 packages, the program and everything else is uninstalled and deleted except these 2 items, or should I just forget it. Thanks

These are within the Photos App now I believe eventhough they are still bearing the name Powertoys.
I may be wrong, will have to find out more.

The owner is System and can be easily changed with take ownership:

Hi, I finally managed to take ownership but had to do it for each container/files, then I deleted each folder and finally the package. You are correct System was the Owner

Hi OAT, another good thing I found with my PowerShell cmdlet issue: Get-Package -Name FULL.NAME | Uninstall-Package that does not work anymore I use this syntax: get-appxpackage -allusers *PowerToys.PowerRenameContextMenu* | remove-appxpackage and that works like a charm, you just see a blue flash, no confirmation, but the programs are all gone.:D
