For "install", do you mean clean install?

To create a Win 11 USB installation drive, let MCT build it for you

Reset BIOS or load defaults.
Set Disk mode to AHCI, not RAID
Select OS mode = UEFI
Disable fast boot (you can turn it on after installation)

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

As you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives (SATA or Power cable) from the MB.

During POST, press F8(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name) if you want to install as UEFI-GPT or select USB (name) if you want to install as Legacy-MBR.
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.

Sorry, your question is vague. Are you asking how long it takes for a clean install? It takes about 20-30 minutes(depending on your processor and system drive speed) from the time you boot to the installation media until the computer boots to login screen. This does not account for the time spent downloading the iso, making recovery media, personalizing, installing windows updates and installing apps.

I agree with @glasskuter, the clean install of the OS should be somewhere around 20-30 minutes. Depending on your apps you need to install, and setup, that could take a while.

On an old HP laptop that had an HDD, 8 GB RAM and legacy BIOS, using a USB created in Rufus, the clean install took almost 2 hours. When I did a clean install on my compatible Dell laptop with SSD and 16 GB RAM, it took about 20 minutes to clean install windows 11. This was just installing the OS. On the old laptop, it took almost 1 hour to do Windows Updates afterwards. Like the previous posters said, the total time to set up a PC from clean install varies depending on what apps you reinstall and data you copy back onto the system.

I can relate, old systems need a lot of patience. We are accustomed to the speed of our everyday computer and we cannot bare waiting 2-3 times longer for an old system. Been there done that. Same goes when using a much slower internet connection. Nightmare.
