I just got a new USB straight out of the bag. The brand is EAGET. I'm transferring a video which is the same size as the title but the file transfer the video and the 32GB is completely empty ?

How do i get around this it...for example is there any free software that can lessen how big the GB on a video is ?

Fat32 has a file size limitation of 4gb.
Format your usb to ntfs instead to get around this issue.

I would also suggest you check the drive to see that it actually matches the size you purchased. I am aware of drives purchased from Amazon that do not match the listed drive size.

There are several programs you can use including H2TestW, USB Flash Drive Tester, or HDD Scan (works on USB drives)
