Occasional broken font on Web pages in Win11

What type of font is being used here where it's broken up like that? I've noticed it happening since I got Win11.
Wondering if there's a setting or tweak I need to make. On many websites the entire page is like that.

Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi. But that's not a factor, it happens in all of them.
