Hi, I have a Windows 11 computer. I have two sets of Documents, Pictures, etc. folders. One set is under my home directory. The other is under the OneDrive folder under my home directory. My thought is that if I want files to be _also_ stored in the Cloud OneDrive, I'll put them in the 2nd set. Otherwise, I'll put them in the first set.

Then I run into OneDrive's backup folder options, as shown below. It is unclear to me what it is asking. Does it mean if I want my local documents (i.e., first set) also copied to the Cloud OneDrive? Or something else?

that means that you are syncing your Documents and Videos folders to onedrive and not storing locally on your hdd/ssd

What should I do if I want Documents and Videos folders stored in both my SSD and OneDrive Cloud?

turn those toggles off and restore the default folder locations. you can use this tutorial to do so:
**FIRST, i would copy all files from those folders to some new folder on your desktop just to make sure they're downloaded and not in the cloud before restoring default folder locations** and move them back to the desired locations after restoring folder locations
