Windows10 and Windows 11
I updated open-shell start menu tool but cannot see how to move the start button to the left of the screen as I had with the previous version.
I don't want to move the taskbar from the centre, just the start button.

@skusime

I'm using Win11 taskbar setting Personalisation > Taskbar > Taskbar Alignment > left

then Open Shell (version 4-4-195) > Settings > Start Button > Replace Start Button

I've been using this combo for some considerable time. So far it's been stable through all updates, including 23H2 > 24H2 versions (currently 26100.3624).

Yes, this shifts a group of icons to the left of the taskbar, including those pinned to the taskbar, but it allows centralised free taskbar space (eg. Task Manager, Taskbar settings) which suits my workflow.
