Paint theme and controls

Got two questions about MS Paint, Can we make it dark? and how can I stop it from resizing the shape? for example I'd pick a circle and when clicking on the right side in order to adjust it's size the left side also gets resized, same thing for resizing the top or bottom sides, how can I get it to act like the old Paint where adjusting any side does not affect the opposite side?

Long ago I switched to Paint Shop Pro 7.04 and I've never looked back, or needed to look back....

Thanks for the suggestion mate I'll be sure to check it out but I was really hoping before installing any other apps if it's possible or not to disable what I've described.

I just came to tell you guys that I've literally just opened Microsoft Store, updated the files, toke a screenshot, opened Paint and bam! it's in dark lol.

Now we just have that resizing thing.
