I'm not too tech-savvy for this kind of problem so I have posted the log. If you can help me fix whatever issue it is causing my PC to crash that would be awesome randomly! My hardware is on my account not sure if I should post on this thread?

From 40+ years of experience with Computers and other electronic devices, let me just say that, there is no such thing as a Random Crash. It's always the result of something outside of normal operating spec's. i.e. , too hot, too cold, loose connections, or Dirty Connections. Etc. It's never just the computer thinking to itself, "I think I'll crash now!"
Over the years, I've been pretty successful at finding and fixing the causes of "Random Crashes".

Then first thing I'd check, because it's the easiest, is the voltage on the CMOS battery. It should be at 3.0vdc or better, or change it. A CMOS battery that is getting weak can cause various errors in a PC. Next thing I'd do is remove the RAM and clean it thoroughly, especially the gold plated edge connectors.

Each step thereafter gets more detailed and more complicated. With a laptop, they are more technical than with a desktop.

If the troubleshooting gets beyond your own level of expertise, then take the PC to an expert Computer Tech.
I used to be the guy that people called when they needed help, but I'm retired. And now, just plain Tired!

Would help if you would describe the symptoms of the crash, how often, etc. And actions you may have taken, e.g., AV scan, Windows Troubeshooter, reviewing Windows Reliability Monitor and Event Viewer, etc.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff8044520ade2, address which referenced memory

It's becoming more frequent once a day, I'd consider it to be home-built now that I've replaced most of the parts in it? usually when loading up something like a video game or Google. this is what pulls up on the dmp file
