Try to restart your PC in safe mode, if it starts, you might have a driver problem.
if it doesn't, you might have a hardware problem.

  1. On the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart .
  2. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
  3. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in safe mode. Or if you'll need to use the internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

I don't try safe mode, I'll try. I start to the troubleshooting (continue/use a device, etc. ) But after 1 min shut down and restart.
I have it for one time, two times before one or two months
Today, always
I can't test the pcf and motherboard now, I see first if the problem, come from windows 11
thank you

If safe mode is OK, there is a problem with your virtual devices, meaning one of your drivers.
Others will give their opinions, but I would suggest a clean install.
Of course, one could attempt to disable all devices and try loading them one by one.
Disconnect anything connected to the machine, USB, Bluetooth etc., this would take time.

You don't have a backup or a restore point?
When did it start, do you remember what you did last before the crashes started?

At a loss, no bugcheck. Only the same error message as you would get for holding down the power button for around 5 seconds to force a shutdown. (the critical one)
