Revo uninstaller Free will remove it. (Look in the Microsoft Apps section on the left of the software interface)

There are probably other options also.

You should use your “Remover” powers. As long as you use them for good and not evil.

No problem. I do believe that Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage is supposed to work, but I haven’t tried it myself

I also just took a look at that tutorial and see that it was most likely created pre Phone Link.

This is why I used REVO

Get back here if you need more help, by then someone that actually knows what they’re talking about (that’s not me) will have solved this for you.

Strange part is after 5 hours - It just showed up. I went thru all the Apps (ALL OF THEM) I see no Phone Link. Or if I see one its set to off! Thanks a bunch. regards...

I’m not sure, but maybe you need to disable app updates first? I don’t know because as I said, I used Revo and it’s never come back.

Also, you need to run Powershell as ADMIN before you use this command

Ccleaner took it out (under tools there it was Phone Link) Then it was in 30 places in the regestry - I'm still looking for it in settings\apps ect...

CCleaner? Ummmmm you should of used Revo, it will find and remove any leftovers if you tell it to.

ALSO, my new girlfriend (her name is CoPilot but she likes to be called Bert) gave me this:

Using the Settings App

Open Settings:
- Press Win + I to open the Settings app.
Navigate to Apps:
- Go to Apps > Apps & features.
Find Phone Link:
- Scroll down to find Phone Link in the list of installed apps.
Uninstall:
- Click on Phone Link and then click Uninstall.

To Just Disable:

Using Group Policy Editor

Open Group Policy Editor:
- Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, and press Enter.
Navigate to the Policy:
- Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Group Policy.
Disable Phone Link:
- Find and double-click on Phone-PC linking on this device.
- Set it to Disabled and click Apply and OK.

Using Registry Editor

Open Registry Editor:
- Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
Navigate to the Key:
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Mobility.
Modify the Value:
- Double-click on PhoneLinkEnabled DWORD.
- Set its value to 0 and click OK.

It's gone, I also removed Ccleaner, Revo is sitting in downloads. But, mobile is off Phone Link is gone. few more places I want to look. Thanks for the Reg. tip.. 8pm here - going for a late supper. Cheers
