Phone Pin and Unpin Mobile Notifications in Phone Link app on Windows 11

This tutorial will show you how to pin and unpin notifications from your linked Android or iPhone in the Phone Link app for your account on your Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC.

With the Phone Link app on your PC linked to your Android or iPhone mobile device, you can view and manage your mobile notifications on your PC.

After you provide permission on your Android or iPhone phone, notifications from your phone will appear on your PC.

You can pin notifications to the top in the Phone Link app when you need to have them readily available and accessible.

You can unpin notifications when you no longer need then pinned.

Notifications from messages will not stay pinned, but can still be found in Messages until deleted.

Here's How:

1 Open the Phone Link app on your Windows 10/11 PC.

2 In the left Notifications pane, right click on the More options (3 dots) button on the notification(s) you want to pin or unpin. (see screenshots below)

You'll need to move the pointer over a notification to see its More options (3 dots) button.

3 Click/tap on Pin or Unpin.
