Hi there
I´m getting too many messages from that wretched Microsoft store. -- I neither am interested in nor want Office/ 365 stuff, the new inbox app, English or other local experience packs etc etc.
Is there anyway to inhibit these messages -- I´d really like to uninstall the Ms store but that's if possible is a 100% guaranteed way to break windows way beyond repair.
I let Microsoft and others send me whatever they choose to send me ... I then add a few words to my Email filters to route the mail appropriately
I actually have more than one email address and only ever send from or read my main account all other incoming mails are filtered by various rules and either deleted immediately [spam and known persistent senders, sent to a storage area for future checking at my leisure, or forwarded to my main account [The "read later" store is set to auto delete any mails stored for more than 30 days so I only check when I have time]
Anything that I actually get to read, I then decide where It belongs and assign filter rules as appropriate I do have an urgent folder that I manually add items to [although there are some rules that route mails to urgent or other specialized folders ]
The other advantage of this system is that the incoming mails are marked as read to the sender so the sender does not try changing the send method too often

You don't do it at the Control Panel Time-and-Date setting (intuitive), but at the Region setting (counter-intuitive):
Additional Settings > Time tab, and type in what you want; don't just accept the drop-down choices.
