I've been using iTunes for years to subscribe and download podcast episodes. I listen from both my iPod and by copying the podcast MP3s to USB sticks. Yeah, that's the old school model of offline listening. I listen in a lot places where streaming is either impractical or not available at all. So, old school it is.
Getting to the point, the iTunes process for managing podcasts is proving increasingly aggravating. What's your favorite non-iTunes software to subscribe and download, then manage the downloaded files or just interact gracefully with managing them in Explorer?
