Problem with different version of Notepad

i have program that runs in PC server to query data automatically from SQL Server, the data stored in .txt
there is nothing wrong with the data when i open in notepad from PC Server, the data behave as it should be like usual .txt file using tab delimiter
but when i download the data to my local pc, some rows of the data in a wrong position (jumbled)like this one below, some rows create new line where it should not


and i notice that the version of the notepad in PC Server is different with my notepad in local drive, i have tried using old notepad, not using the newer one, its still the same

is there a way how to install the notepad version like in the PC server yo my local PC ? or any suggestion that will solve this issue ?

sorry my bad, but both notepad++ and notepad showing the same result in my local PC
