OK,
So Today, when I tried to sign in to my Microsoft Account, using my email, and stored Password, I got the message that my Password was Incorrect. I assumed I had typed a Letter wrong, so I typed it again.
Again, I got the 'Incorrect Password' message, so I had no choice, but to click Forgot password, and Reset the Password :-(
Ironically, when I tried the Correct Password as my New one, It said I coudn't use it as it was a Previous Password ! So I changed it to a New one, and it let me sign in ?

But, after about an hour, it told me I had to sign in again ? And when I used the Newly Reset Password, it again said it was Incorrect !

This has now happenned several times, and I can't use the Reset now, as it says I have received too many codes, and have to try again Tomorrow !

There is obviously a Problem with the Login Process, does anyone Please Know a way to Fix it ?

Hi there. You didn’t mention in your post, but just clarifying, you are not part of an organisation who has access to your password, or have recently had a server change / reset are you?

This is a well known issue with outlook and Microsoft accounts otherwise, and unfortunately, unless another member of this forum has an idea, I do not know of a fix. I would recommend taking this to a Microsoft live chat, as they have further access to your account.

Enter the issue here; and you will be directed to live chat eventually: Contact - Microsoft Support

Hi James,
No, home use only, so only I know my Passwords ?

Thanks for the link to Live Chat :-)
I will try one more reset in the Morning, and if it happens again, I will use Live Chat ?

I expected it would be home use :-)

I’m sorry I couldn‘t provide further help into this - I think the more admin things have to be left to Microsoft.

For security reasons, you are being locked out of your Microsoft Account.
Usually, a minimum of 2 hours has to be elapsed before a new attempt can be made to log in.
Please it is important that you log out of all devices and all accounts for that duration.
Make sure you reboot all devices prior to logging in.

Thanks OAT, but that still doesn't explain why it is telling me in the first Login Attempt, that my Password is Incorrect, when I know it is the Correct Password ?

Had it been the correct credentials, you would not be in that situation.
Not knowing the back story, it is impossible to assume anything and what you think you know and the facts could be quite different.

I use a password program called KeePass 2 and when I create a new password I type it into the program, save it and then use copy and paste. I do the copy and paste twice when I enter the new password. I use copy and paste twice to make sure I copied it correctly. You can even type the new password into a program such as notepad and use copy and paste. I do it this way because I have been known to mistype a few passwords.

Can you @Winuser?
Because that is what the OP is having issues with.

I'm not sure why you need to be logged in to use KeePass 2. I use it on all of my devices including the ones I don't sign-in to my MS account with. It can be used as a portable program so it doesn't even have to be installed. I also use Dashlane to not only backup my passwords but to auto sign me in to certain sites. I do have to be signed in to my Dashlane account.

OK,
So Today, when I tried to sign in to my Microsoft Account, using my email, and stored Password, I got the message that my Password was Incorrect.

At Log In Screen press Power>Restart together with Shift pressed. (Lower right Corner)
PC will start in recovery menu.
Look in Options for Command Prompt and type CHKDSK C: /F.
That solved many time the issue.
But best solution was to change to a Local Account instead of MS Account.

Touching lots of wood ?......

Since resetting yet again, I think I have set it to keep me logged in, and It has allowed me to login twice with my New Password, so I am hoping it is now fixed :-)

Many Thanks for all your suggestions
