I've been using Q-Dir (an alternative to Windows File Explorer) for some years. I'd like to continue to do so in Win11. So far, so good, with one exception.
I have used Brink's registry tweaks to exclude unwanted items from the navigation pane of File Explorer. The accompanying image shows how that looks.
Unfortunately, those tweaks do not remove such items from the navigation pane of Q-Dir. For example, under the Desktop heading, I still see left-pane entries such as Desktop (sic), Music, Pictures, and Libraries.
While Q-Dir seems to be updated fairly often, its home website is still http (not https). It seems to have been updated for Win11, but I am not finding navigation pane discussions in either its FAQs or its Help page. Hence my inquiry here.
I would appreciate guidance, toward tweaking the Q-Dir navigation pane or at least toward a relevant Q-Dir tutorial.
