Random Freezing Issue - Error Codes: Bluescreen 116, LiveKernelEvent 141, 117, 1b8, 1a8

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my PC where it freezes randomly without any apparent reason. The system completely stops working, and I’m forced to manually restart it every time.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Reinstalled Windows 10 twice and later upgraded to Windows 11.
• Ran memory tests, disk tests, CPU tests, and GPU tests.
• Updated all drivers.
• Performed various troubleshooting commands in CMD.
• Searched forums for solutions, but none of the suggested fixes have resolved the issue or helped identify the root cause.

The only useful clue I’ve found is in the Reliability Monitor, where it logs error codes such as:

• Bluescreen 116
• LiveKernelEvent 141
• LiveKernelEvent 117
• LiveKernelEvent 1b8
• LiveKernelEvent 1a8

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, I’d greatly appreciate your guidance.
