Random Problems after Sysprep.

Good afternoon.

I'm writing to you because I'm having a variety of problems (coincidentally, I've only noticed this with W11 24H2 and the December patch).

Let me explain.

I set up a virtual machine with everything I want and do a sysprep, making a call to a unattend.xml file (the sysprep is done correctly and the machine shuts down).

Sysprep /oobe /generalize /shutdown /unattend:C:\Drivers\Sysprep_24H2.xml

Then I convert the VM's vhdx file to a WIM file from powershell and embed it inside a Windows24H2 ISO (which I had previously extracted the install.WIM from, for a W11 PRO installation), and replace the install.WIM I generated from powershell. In that same iso, I include an autounattend.xml file (which worked in W11 23H2).

The installation is perfect, the problem comes when it does the last reboot and gets to the login screen, you do the login, the screen flashes 1 second and logs out.

How can I find out the problem if the image from which it was made was perfect and did not cause errors?

Any sugest?.

Thank you in advance.
