In Command Prompt right-click the title bar or click the down arrow and choose Settings. The latest version is more detailed than earlier versions.
Also note the Version number is for Win10 but the Build is the current for Win11, just another of those little idiosyncrasies of Microsoft like with File Explorer that may show up as the older Windows Explorer at times.

The whole Windows 11 is in fact Windows 10 with some major and some minor changes...
