I hope, I'm not breaking any rules posting this type of software question. I have spoken to the software provider he said no, settings in the software could cause this problem. Both pcs are Win 11 pro fully updated. Here are the two photos 1 from each pc. 1 was unsupported hardware, and the other is supported hardware the one I'm on now. Unsupported pc has correct button view. the supported pc the buttons are unreadable. 1st photo is unsupported pc 2nd is supported hardware. All settings in the software are identical.
