Will try to be brief. Moved my 4 internal drives into my new PC build. All went well with the new boot up. Except for Office 2019 ( solved it) and screen saver. Screen saver was working just fine in the old build. No matter if I display photos or anything else, nothing happens. I have my win 11 laptop running with the same exact setting as a place to compare. All my timeouts etc are all set to NEVER.

Should I run REPAIR from my USD stick or recovery stick. Or can I just download another copy of win 11 and run it on top. Ideas please. Just annoying!!

Building a new desktop on the horizon; this was definitely a budget build based on circumstances at the time.
Right click a blank space on your desktop and choose Personalize.
Go to Lock Screen/ Scroll down to Screensaver link.
Choose Settings. Browse to your saved Screensaver, Photos folder whatever. click Preview. If it doesn't work, you have not selected a screensaver or folder with photos.
If it works, choose Wait 1 minute, do not touch the keyboard or mouse and after 1 minute see if it kicks in.
If not, download a preconfigured Screensaver and install that.

If all fails, try this

I had already done all that you suggested except for downloading another saver and REDIRECT. It was my joystick; luckily it is plugged into a USB hub on my desk and each position has a switch. All is back to normal. Thanks much!!!!!
