I want to reinstall the contents of an SSD drive accidently cleaned by windows. I do have Revo but thats the other way round isnt it?

I did that once, and it's quite painful! I got some of it back through OneDrive, but lost a lot more.

Have you used that drive yet? There are apps out there to help you get some back.

Don't do anything with it yet . . . I have a friend who helped me get data back awhile ago; have to ask her if you can contact her via PM.

That is very little information. What exactly did you do to delete the data in the SSD?

You should immediately, immediately disable TRIM on your system to minimise data loss before even thinking of data recovery

To check whether TRIM is enabled, on an elevated command prompt-(Run as administrator) - enter the following command and press Enter key

fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify
If the output is DisableDeleteNotify = 1, TRIM is currently disabled on the SSD/s.
If the output is DisableDeleteNotify = 0, the TRIM is enabled on your SSD/s.
To enable TRIM, on an elevated command prompt enter the following command and press Enter key
fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0
To disable TRIM, on an elevated command prompt enter the following command and press Enter key
fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 1
If one accidentally deletes or formats (quick format only) an SSD, he should immediately immediately disable TRIM by executing the above disable command from an elevated command prompt to prevent TRIM getting initiated by the Operating System.( Time is an essence here. The sooner one does it, the bettter prospect of data recovery).

About TRIM:
"The Trim command tells the SSD that specific areas contain data that is no longer in use. From the user's perspective, this data has been deleted from a document. Because of the way solid state drives read and write information, the data is not deleted from the drive at the user's command. Instead, the area of the SSD that contains the data is marked as no longer used. The Trim command tells the drive that the data can be removed. The next time the computer is idle, Active Garbage Collection will delete the data." ( writing zeroes) ---- gone with the wind depending upon how long your computer was idle when connected to the SSD.

Is your Seagate Expansion 4 TB a HDD or SSD? I do not find a Seagate Expansion 4TB SSD listed anywhere. Can you read the label on the external and provide the exact model number?

after I looked at your link I got several 'blockages' of permission from the pc and when I over rode it, I have an 'ad' for VERY expensive hardware, thats were I left it

I was looking at the drive and stood up to go to the kitchen. As I stood. I lost balance (something I can do!) and put had down had to keys but carried on walking away only to find on return (indeterminate time, maybe an hour or more) that the 'demolition' had activated; my memory after that was 'upset.

Be that as it may, your Seagate external 4TB appears to be a HDD and not an SSD. Again I could not find any info on that Model No.1TFAP3-500; P/N SRD0NF2. Google didn't help :-) .

Answer in simple sentences - not compound, not complex. ( you seem to lose track on long sentences)

When you fell down, did you drop down the external HDD also?

What data do you have on that disk?

Are you keen on recovering the data, if possible? In that case I may have to investigate further to find out the current status of the HDD step by step, one at a time..

As a first, Plug in only your Seagate Expansion external 4TB HDD and post a full screenshot of Windows Disk Management. Follow the guidelines here How to Post a Screenshot of Disk Management

After taking the screenshot , safely remove the external HDD and keep it aside - till next call
