Shortcuts created on Desktop for websites, icon smaller than Program Shortcuts

Why when I try to put a shortcut to a website on the desktop, the icon created is not like it was in Win 10 ,8 or 7. Program icons look fine but the internet shortcuts no longer fill the box. It's either a generic icon from the default browser or if I drag it to the desktop from the bookmarks bar its a white box with the icon image for that website but its soooooo small. Any fix or setting that needs to be addressed would be appreciated. Please see attached pic from Windows 11. This only effects shortcuts to websites created on the Desktop. Thanks in advance!

I think it's an issue/feature of the size of icons used by/provided by a Web site in conjunction with the Resolution and Scalig of the display.
