What are the steps to Sign in on Microsoft Edge with Windows 11?

Are you referring to signing into the Edge browser itself? Or are you referring to Edge automatically signing you in to the sites you visit?

If you mean signing in and syncing the Edge browser itself:
In Edge address bar type edge://settings/profiles
Select Sync
Choose what to sync
Under Profile preferences toggle ON 'automatically sign in to MS Edge'

If you mean automatically signing in on the sites you visit
In Edge click 3 dots>settings>passwords>the wallet opens>click the gear settings icon in wallet>
Under Passwords, toggle on "offer to save passwords"
