Hello! I am trying to find a solution for a problem that just started occurring about 3 weeks ago with my laptop. I teach online and use Zoom most of the time, but I have a few students who need to use Teams or Skype. In both Teams and Skype the incoming video is choppy and freezes every few seconds. The incoming audio is fine. My students say that there is no problem on their end. The video and audio of me is normal. Screen sharing doesn't affect it (and there is no problem sharing my screen, even with video clips/audio clips). There isn't a lag because the video doesn't race to catch up - it just skips to the current moment, then freezes again. This does not happen in Zoom or Google Meet or even in FB Messenger video calls. I made sure all of my drivers are updated. I reinstalled both programs. I have tried contacting Microsoft, Dell, etc. and I have received no replies. Anyone have any thoughts? I am semi-tech savvy (I used to do tech support, but it has been a few years). Thank you in advance for any help!
