Based on the provided video, the Start icon displays a visual glitch where it exhibits a glitter effect, intermittent stuttering during animation, and an unexpected change in texture. The issue is clearly visible in the video, where the icon's irregular rendering distracts from the overall smooth user interface experience. I don't know if it is a glitch only for me or is it a feature? I need some clarification on this
