Solved Startup apps added by creating shortcuts in %shell:startup% take... ages to show up when I log in 😕

Everything's in the title. How do I get them to launch as fast as "apps that can be automatically restarted from last session" (my Windows isn't in English so I don't know the exact phrasing from the settings)?

Any help would be appreciated. The apps in question are four terminal sessions (2 WSL, 1 cmd and one PowerShell) and Steam. That's not too much to ask I think...?
