Taskbar settings i need but can't get right now

Win 11 pro OS Build 22000.556 ver: 21H2
Mainly, I use a taskbar that is 3 level high. doing this allows me to see ALL the systray icons, and I'm running at 3440X1440 @ 144 Hz

I've got plenty of space but it looks like that option was not included in the rebuild. Previously I just unlocked the taskbar and drug it up.

Is this a topic of discussion at all? i really need that back.

They both do similar things, but in my opinion, StartAllBack is a bit easier to use and more functional and more likely to be supported into the future. But either one may satisfy story9797's requirements.

startallback worked. thank you! I also used the hack to make tb icons bigger. You know, it surprises me a bit that more consideration isn't given for items like that because it's dirt cheap to buy big monitors now.

I don't think there was any mention in the Wiki of the capability of increasing the taskbar to 3 rows of icons with ExplorerPatcher.
