The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Yesterday, I received the error mesage "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred." when I attempted to visit www.knowbrainer.com on both Chrome and Edge. (I have not had this problem with any other websites.)

I searched all thread here for "internal server error" and did not get any results. Searching StackExchange for 2022 and 2023 yeilded not relevant results.

Any thoughts on how resolve this issue?

Yes, I get the same error message you do, when I use your link. However, when I go to https://shop.knowbrainer.com/store/pc/home.asp, it works fine. To me, this means that they don't have their web site configured correctly. It seems to be missing a "index.html".
