The strange problem I've been experiencing

Hi dear Windows users,

I have been experiencing a strange issue for a week, and unfortunately I was not able to solve the solution.

Whenever I launch Edge, it doesn't open up smoothly as you see on the following video.


Please take closely when it is opening. You will notice the strange problem on the top side of the browser. It is something like Edge moves off the screen and comes back.

The similar thing also happens with Chromes and when opening a file folder. You will notice the flash when the file folder is opening up.


I already made a clean installation twice, but no lucks. It already happens when the OS is newly installed.

All of my drivers are uo-to-date including graphic cards, chipsets and so on.

The notebook is pretty new.

Try adjusting the scaling and resolution to something else, restart, and then move it back.
