Screaming? Oh.. the people that provide feed back are screaming for it?You shouldn't need a hack.
Users should STILL be able to move (and customize) the taskbar without a hack or third party software. That's features that are gone that are screaming to be returned.

Yes, some want those features back but how many out of all of the Win 11 user base really want them back? I know I never used them before and would never use them in the future and I suspect many others don't want them. Win 11 is a business driven version of the OS and they want it so they don't have employees customizing their workstations making general maintenance harder and more costly.
While customization is nice MS isn't going to add or bring those features back in the near future.
