I just bought a new TrigKey S5 mini PC (Ryzen 7 5800H) and given the history of Chinese "versions" of Windows 11 decided to wipe the existing version of Windows which showed the key as a series of "B's" (clearly pirated) and "cold loaded" a new Win 11 24H2. Initially Win 11 wouldn't install onto the included 512GB NVMe SSD, ostensibly due to the lack of a driver, but installed fine on a SATA SSD. Windows installed it's generic drivers for everything except for something called a "Multi-media Controller". Since the system is built around a Ryzen CPU, I found a series of chipset drivers that successfully replaced the generic MS drivers in favor of AMD drivers... that is except for this "Multi-media Controller" that is looking for a separate driver I haven't found yet. The "Multi-media Controller" device ID is PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_15E21022&REV_01\4&12c9051d&0&0541. My research indicates the PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2 portion may be an audio co-processor associated with the Radeon graphics, but when I tried to find and load what I thought was the right driver the installer said it wasn't for that device. I'm pretty sure the latter part of the device ID has to do with the specific required driver, but can't find it. If anyone can help identify (or even provide) the right driver (not obtained from TrigKey) I'd be grateful.

Thanks ahead of time
Jabiru

Sorry, That's the same chipset software I loaded earlier. I re-ran it and the install logs showed it didn't replace anything nor did it load a multi-media controller driver.

Any other ideas?

Hi, try to install the Radeon graphics driver - it should install the AMD Audio Co-processor.

Ok all, I finally figured out that the Multi-media controller is not associated with the "chipset", but the Radeon Graphics' associated audio processor. In that light I installed the latest AMD drivers for the Ryzen 7 5800H CPU and the device manager error (lack of a driver) disappeared, so I consider this solved. Thanks to Rollback_Jockey and werty for putting me on the right path.
