Trouble shooting for Website not loading

I am trying to set up a new Wordpress Website hosted with Bluehost, but I can't acccess the website tab in the Bluehost Account Manager. It just loads and loads. I am bringing this problem to this forum because:

  1. I have contacted Bluehost and they can't replicate the problem.
  2. I have tried using different browsers (Firefox and Edge) in normal and private and incognito mode
  3. I have tried clearing the cache.
  4. I have tried with or without VPN
  5. I can successfully access the website tab with my Android
  6. I am not running any antivirus besides the native Windows Defender
  7. I can access other website without any trouble, including Wix where my website is currently hosted
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions about where to from here. The problem seems to be related to my machine. . . .

Could be that you can access the website only with Google Chrome? Yes, I have seen some sites that require Chrome and give you a warning if you try to access them through other browser. One of them is www.antennaplus.gr Antenna channel's VOD website here in Greece. You can access it on your smartphone using Chrome. Download Chrome on your PC and try there. Contact your IT why is there a Chrome requirement and how to remove it. It must be something about the security settings on the server.

Do you mean of Bluehost? Because they can't reproduce the problem they say it's my problem.

I have tried turning Windows defender off and no difference
