Troubleshooting network connection errors on Zoho Assist

Hello!
Could you please help me solve the problem? I keep getting the error "Network connection problem" on Zoho Assist. but the internet connection is good.
What else could this be due to? Maybe someone else has experienced this?
I will be grateful for any help.

Hello! The message says there is some problem with your internet connection Check the internet connection on both computers; Disconnect your router or modem (or both) and wait thirty seconds before reconnecting them. Reconnect the router and modem one at a time (not simultaneously) and wait for the boot/reboot process to complete. If possible, log in to your provider's terminal and turn on the device. If your network connection is fine but only affects remote connections via Zoho, you might seek assistance from them.
