Solved Trying RefelectX Home but cant create Rescue USB

I cant create a USB as I am told all the USB sticks I have tried are GPT and WIM file not found. I donr know what either of these are and there no way with a Trial of getting support from them

Try formatting the USB flash drive.

UFDs can be stubborn sometimes. It's also dependent on the applications that you've used with them previously.

Try this. 👇
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run the following commands.
Replace the "X" with the number of your UFD.

diskpart
list disk
select disk X
list disk (Do this to confirm the correct disk. There will be a star next to the selected disk)
clean
create partition primary
select partition 1
active
format fs=FAT32 quick
assign
exit
exit

Got as far as format fs=FAT32 quick and was told too big. So formatted in windows. No change when creating Rescue though still says unsupported GPT format Also Active only on fixed disks

How big is the USB stick?
You might have to convert the USB stick to MBR?

When I make the Macrium Rescue media, I just use Minitool to delete everything on the USB stick, and then leave it as completely unallocated. Then, the media creation seems to work.

Found this and adding it worked "convert mbr" Then ran all your cmds that were needed and formatted in windows Your amanded lines that worked are

diskpart
list disk
select disk 3

clean

convert mbr
create partition primary
select partition 1
active
assign

exit
