Unable to update to latest canary

Hey guys
Struggling and feel like a complete noob,
Windows updates are getting stuck on 10%,
I have restarted Bits etc, cleared out the softwaredistribution folder etc.
Any help?

But the download starts, gets to 10% and then just sits...

Ive had a lot of these issues with Updates and every time I could get a new ISO from uupdump and install what I wanted.

The 25941 builds are very snappy feeling, there is some engineering milestone going on there, not sure what they changed but they seem to be on the right path.

Still don't like the bloatware and still removing more than half the OS with NTLite and scripts.
