I am running Microsoft Windows11 version 10.0.26100, Build 26100.
Google Chrome has been posting unwanted pop-ups on the right side of any web page.
I have marked Chrome as a site to block pop-ups, but that does not prevent them from displaying.
These sometimes cover content, and are annoying. If you close the pop-up window, often another
pop-up window will replace it.

If you do a web search for the issue, you won't find a solution posted by someone; most results
are ad blocker advertisements.

I've attached a screen shot of this post's web page with the clutter visible on the right.

They look like Push Notifications to me. At some point, you must have given householdmanuals.com permission to send you notifications, whether intentionally or unintentionally. 🤷‍♂️
If you shrink your browser out of the way, do the notifications follow the browser window, or do they stay in the corner of your screen?

If I shrink the browser, they stay in the right corner of the screen. Hence they aren't chrome pop-ups, which is why blocking chrome does not work. Ihave not blocked www.householdmanuals.com. They are titled "Google Chrome", with the chrome logo, to obfuscate the origin of these pop-ups. , but I now see household manuals.com in the ads. I have to restart chrome, it is saying "Finish update". I've added the site to the pop-up blocker, but it isn't working yet. I will send this message, and follow up after the chrome restart. Thanks for the tip!

I have blocked www.householdmanuals.com and householdmanuals.com from running java script and the ability to display pop-ups, and I think it worked because I was able to close them and there were no more pop-ups getting displayed.

They aren't obfuscated. They're standard Google Chrome site notifications.

You should remove householdmanuals.com from the allowed list at Chrome, Settings, Privacy and security, Site settings, Notifications.
