Windows 11 22H2 (Build 22621.2283) when I check for Windows updates, I keep seeing this "update for Windows Security Platform" appear for like half of a second then disappear.

I have Windows Defender completely disabled including all its services as I use ESET NOD32.

Why does this update keep reappearing briefly and disappearing and how to stop it from doing so?

It might be related to Windows Security Center (SecHealthUI.exe) as stated here:
By the way, even when you disable Defender, Windows Exploit protection works separately.

I downloaded the file securityhealthsetup.exe but that update still appears briefly when I check for Windows updates.

These are the services I have disabled after disabling Windows Defender by the way:

You should let Defender update sometimes, since those updates also update some core components.
Enable Defender, update, restart to let it update components, restart and then you can disable it again.
