The screen resolution is as seen because a 'bug' is preventing the NVidia driver from loading.
The message you are seeing is also a part of the bug.

I am not sure what the relevancy is with the issue at hand.I know nothing about booting/updating with 2 windows 11 OS's on different partitions, but I can tell you, I have had issues booting with 11 with 2 different drives plugged in, it kills my boot partitions.

I know nothing about booting/updating with 2 windows 11 OS's on different partitions, but I can tell you, I have had issues booting with 11 with 2 different drives plugged in, it kills my boot partitions.
