Motherboard: Asrock x570

the Realtek audio driver that uses ID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_1220&SUBSYS_18492223" is a UAD "RTK" driver

latest one from ASRock is v6.0.9462.1 from this link (direct from the ASRock web site, recently released TH Jan. 18)
btw, ID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_1220&SUBSYS_18492223" is mentioned in both the HDXASrok.inf & HDX_AsrockExt_RTK.inf files and the 9462 driver that I linked to has the required INF files and updated s/w component drivers.
